...What exactly is Halloween ? Is it a city-only thing? From what people have mentioned, it seems it involves dressing up ... Sh-should I be expecting something bad again? Why doesn't this city ever get any rest?

...Can't we all just compete with something a bit safer ? Like how about a friendly cooking competition ? And loser can clean up everything ... or something like that.

I'll even help get all the ingredients!
